Happy Birf-day Par-tay Justin!  We had a Phineas and Ferb theme - note tattoos and pizza/wine dinner.  Oh yeah!
Katie's Mom and Dad came for her Pinning ceremony and Graduation.  It was a  long day but a very good one, filled with family, friends,
and memories.  Now for the boards!
The Month of May continued with theatre, our new fun apartment, seeing Christine - an awesome friend from Boston, and meeting
Roy and Karen - "family" from when Katie was little - who stopped through.  We wish everyone could have stayed longer!
June
We celebrated our 3rd anniversary by camping at Farish, on Memorial Weekend (May 29), with the pups.  Everyone went out on a
paddle boat (2 people, 3 huge dogs on a 2-person boat!).  It was Nico's first time in the woods, ever, and he promptly took his bone and
buried it under a tree.  And we all slept in a one room tent.  Very doggish times.

June 5, Katie swam-biked-ran her first sprint triathlon at Tri-the-Creek.  June 12, we enjoyed a rainy day of fun including a Rockies
game with great friends Ryan and Lindsey.  During the month, Justin continued to pursue remote control airplanes (big ones).
Events not noted in picture: Katie passed
her boards (yay!), and got out her wisdom
teeth (it's a scary pic).  Here was the great
camping trip.  Justin caught many fish, Ryan
performed his crazy fire dance, and Lindsey
and Katie sang songs.  Nash swam until he
passed out, Syd snuggled, and Nico had
green eyes of death.  It was of course a
wonderful camping adventure!
Passing the boards treat: going to
Elitch!  A few weeks later, went to
Waterworld too - the kid in Katie was
happy. (Robert and Sharon visited
this month too; great to see them!)
August 28, IronGirl Triathlon (last triathlon, third sprint tri, of the season).
Justin gave awesome support and took tons of pics: (from top) before the
race started, in front of the transition area, swim, run, and finish; Katie with
her gear.  To the left, is us goofing off in our apartment and a cheery game
of alcohol checkers - you gotta try it! - at the end of that long day.
August 15, Rattlesnake Triathlon.
Katie met the pavement on the bike,
got skinned, but still finished!
